2025 Annual Coaches Survey results
Hiring quality assistants, problematic parents, and continuing education are just a few of the issues most important to coaches that are highlighted in Coach & Athletic Director’s seventh annual Coaches Survey Results.
In 2018, Coach & Athletic Director began surveying high school coaches to gather feedback on some of the significant issues in the profession across the country. The results help us better understand the challenges faced by coaches, and they guide us in providing relevant content to confront those issues head-on.
The 2025 Annual Coaches Survey sought out advice on how to build team chemistry, asked what the best qualities of coaches are, and ranked their biggest industry concerns. We also asked coaches about the support from their athletic administration and what concerns them most heading into 2025.Below is a snapshot of the survey results.
